Eric G. Meyers prepares estate plans and advises clients on real estate transactions utilizing his diverse business experience to complement his legal representation. He founded, owns and operates The Capital Financial Group, a multi-faceted financial services company that for almost 30 years has helped individuals and corporations achieve their financial goals. The entities that comprise The Capital Financial Group include:

H. Beck Inc. - a registered broker dealer, conducting business in all 50 states with approximately 625 independent financial planners;

CFG Insurance Services, Inc. - an independent insurance brokerage entity that provides life insurance, health insurance, disability income coverage, group insurance, long term care and non-qualified deferred compensation as well as other executive benefit programs; and

GEM Capital Corp. - an entity that acts as a corporate general or special limited partner in Capital Financial Group proprietary syndicated transactions.

In addition to acting as trustee, fiduciary and investment advisor, he prepares wills, trusts, durable general powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, HIPPA authorizations and advance care directives.

Mr. Meyers is the Maryland State Captain for the American Association of Life Underwriting (AALU) for Legislative Affairs, as well as a member of the National Association of Independent Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He has occupied leadership positions for a variety of civic and community groups, serving as past president of Temple Beth Ami in Rockville and as a member of numerous boards of charitable organizations. A longtime Washington-area resident, he is a member of the bar of the District of Columbia.
